The living area is open plan with a gorgeous gas rock fireplace for winter warmth, a flat screen TV for movie nights, and plenty of space to relax and switch to vacation time. The kitchen is fully-equipped for home-cooked meals with seating for 4 at the breakfast bar and a formal dining area for 6 guests.

Step outside to a private, furnished undercover patio complete with an outdoor dining table and BBQ grill for the warmer Sun Valley seasons. The patio is steps from the communal pool, hot tub, sauna, and games room.

The hallway leads down to 2 spacious guest bedrooms to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, matching nightstands, a dresser and a seating area. The private ensuite bathroom features a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twins that can easily be converted to a king for a couple, on prior request.
