The room was lovely. The staff were friendly...they even drove me to the supermarket across town in the hotel van. That was kind and helpful. We loved being on Ketchikan Creek to see the harbor seals . It's a bit loud if the room faces the street, but hey, when you are in the center of where everyone wants to be, that will happen. It was an AMAZING 3 days and 2 nights, the jacuzzi tub was much needed after a hectic 2 weeks straight at work and gave my BF and I some much needed time together before he left to fish for 3 months. The room was clean, well supplied and spacious. It did get a little loud sometimes from the neighbors, but it being an OLD building it wasnt unexpected and they provided EARPLUGS!
