The service levels in the hotel are best described as ‘indifferent’. The room safe was locks shut but no one seemed to know how to fix it, the breakfast selection was not constantly replenished (constantly had to request replenishment of items). "The man on day reception was very kind and helpful. He got us a taxi for Ani ruins and Lake Cilders for a very good fair price. He had great suggestions for local dining. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is dated but clean and functional and has a great lift"
