We were well taken care of during our stay. Room was great and the views were phenomenal. Breakfast and dinner were provided and served to us on the patio in front of our room. The food served was very tasty and unique. There is also a happy hour in which drinks (beer/wine) were served to our patio. Snorkeling gear and wet suit were also provided. Staff was friendly and accomidating. They offered free shuttle to and from the beach. Room has a great air conditioning unit which was much appreciated to get a break from the humidity. Hot water for showers was limited to conserve, mornings and 5pm-11pm, but the staff mentioned if you wanted hot water ahower outside those hours they would accomidate, just request at the lobby. Location was amazing, walking distance to the port or to the beach if you don't mind a hill. I did not get breakfast...

This place has everything you need to enjoy the island. With dinner and breakfast provided it makes staying here that much better! The location is ideal for access to both beaches. We couldn’t be more grateful for our host, she was very kind and helpful with anything we needed. We’re definitely coming back one day and staying here again.

New clean and good staff

This is our second time staying here for our 3rd wedding anniversary. We came here for our honeymoon. The resort is very well maintained. Every staff member was excellent. I’ve stayed in many nice hotels and resorts and this one is a notch above the rest. The staff are so kind and professional. We’ll be coming back again for many years to come everytime we visit Okinawa. We chose the premier room and the perks are such an added bonus. 10/10 stars!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. We requested to have the breakfast early a few days as we were going diving and they made sure to let the staff member who would be seeing us know of our request. The hotels is super close to some really good restaurants and the promenade along the ocean.

From the time we got there till the time we left, we felt very welcomed by the staff. I would recommend if you’re visiting Okinawa you should look at this hotel as your next place to stay. 10 out of 10!!

building is new and clean, breakfast is not bad, but no food service in the afternoon and evening.

Everything was just great from the check-in to the check out. A nice breakfast every day, beautiful pool and a great happy hour every night to watch the sunset. Shout out to Kimi who was always there with a smile and kindness
