"Very comfortable, staff very friendly and trained well. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t leave the hotel. Food was excellent, including room service.

"The room was tiny with enough space only for the bed. The floor was sticky and dirty. Virtually everything in the bathroom was broken and the bathroom floor was quite dangerous to walk on. Although the room rate included breakfast the hotel staff were reluctant to honour it. Next door to the hotel is a bar that blasted extremely loud music throughout the night. Very uncomfortable stay."
"The staff at Tripple O's is amazing. They work hard to make you comfortable and satisfied. The food is excellent, and there are many options to choose from. There also are several different options for dining, in the restraunt, in the garden, or out by the pool.
My one and only complaint is the bed is too hard. It was very hard, but the staff came and put extra bedspreads under my bottom sheet and this helped a lot!"
