« The Location was great, area perfect... You could walk to all areas of downtown Cincinnati. I met with friends and family. Which was and issue with the owner. He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. We aslo had an issue with the lock code and we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour because the owner did not believe I was inputting the code properly. « We had a great experience staying at the Sophia Lofts! Our apartment was very clean and nice. Although, the best part was the customer service! They were very friendly and quick to answer any all questions. They even brought over clean sheets for us due to us having 7 in our party, so that we could use them on the couch and air mattresses if we needed to.
