« I had a very pleasant stay overall. My room was very clean and comfortable. While the curtain had a slight tear and the AC unit cover was broken, the rest of the room was quite nice. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were absolutely amazing (I’d love to know where they got them). The bathroom was spotless, although the towels were a bit rough and the shower water pressure left a lot to be desired. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful, the pool was cold but clean, and...

« The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok. »
