"From a leaking refrigerator that they were notified of but never came to look at or try to fix over a 2 day stay, to a "continental" breakfast that was a bagel, a boiled egg and a box of cereal and NO coffee. When we notified them there was no coffee, the response was.. oh, ok. and that was that. The final straw, the absolute zero level of control the staff has on the pool. A huge group of kids were chaotic, overwhelming, and very out of line taking the entire pool as their own party headquarters where no other guests could use it. The staff just stood by and allowed it to happen. One of the worst places Ive stayed. "
