Beautiful property with large public spaces to accommodate everyone. The food options in the daily buffet were immense. As it felt like large cruise ship, hand washing stations or sanitation before entering the buffet should be required. The communication about daily activities should be on the TV in several languages. Also for a 5 star hotel, the towels were thin and dingy.

It was too crowded for my preference.

Lovely resort with beautiful grounds. Great facilities including gym, spa, guest services etc. One small frustration is the uncertainty about which restaurants and services are associated with the Gloria Golf Resort and which are associated with the Gloria Serenity. They are all so close together having contradictory rules on accessibility to one or other sets of guests

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel three times, and it never fails to impress. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional, reflecting a high standard of service. Our recent stay at IC RESIDENCES all-inclusive resort in Lara, Antalya, was fantastic. From the moment we booked, the service was flawless, with pre-arranged VIP transport to and from the airport, complete with a luxurious vehicle and even packed lunches for our return journey. This thoughtful service, combined with seamless check-in and a warm welcome, set the tone for our stay. The resort itself was stunning. Our spacious, modern villa had access to a private pool and was impeccably maintained daily. The staff throughout the resort were 10/10 — always respectful, accommodating, and eager to assist. What truly impressed us was the 24/7 buggy service that made navigating the large resort easy, especially with children. Multiple rides a day were provided quickly and with a smile, making our stay more relaxed. Dining was a delight, with varied options at the buffet and à la carte restaurants offering exceptional Turkish and international cuisine. The staff catered to dietary needs, and service was always attentive. The resort’s facilities, including several pools, a private beach, and a luxurious spa, were all well-maintained. Entertainment was lively and fun, with activities for all ages and evening performances. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. The level of care, attention to detail, and quality of service made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and couples seeking luxury and ease.
