SOOOOO loud. I could hear everything upstairs, outside, and next door. I literally heard the lady next door battling her hiccups. Worst sleep of our family’s life. When anyone in the complex uses the bathroom it’s so loud it sounds like a waterfall is in our room. Good location, but don’t do it. There was hair in the tub, in the beds - gross! AND the bathtub was clogged so it just puddled in the tub while you shower.

The staff was amazing. They are remodeling throughout, so there is some construction, but it did not impact my stay at all. The new lobby opened while we were there, and it is gorgeous. Great location as well.
