Amazing property
We stayed for 10 nights at this beautiful restored villa and it was the best property we have ever stayed in. Cleanliness was outstanding with towels/bedding changed every 3 days and the cleaner called daily to empty the bins, Galina even brought lunch for us one day which was delicious The property is really well equipped, even though we didn’t cook at night if you did it has lots of equipment provided, even washing up liquid and kitchen sponge is provided ! The outdoor area gives you plenty of options for either shade or sunshine, my husband loved the hammock under the trees and I loved the sun loungers around the pool. The correspondence with the owner was great, always replying quickly before and during our stay and her father met us there on arrival to show us around and checked frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend highly enough this property, I would book again and return to this beautiful property in a heartbeat. There is a local supermarket and 3 local tavernas in the village, the bakery is a 5 minute drive and the town of Fiskardo is approx 7/8 mins in the car. I always read reviews to help chose the right property and I am sure future guests will enjoy there stay as much as we did

A perfect stay
This villa is absolutely perfect. From the moment we were met by Galina, the housekeeper, and she let us through the beautiful pale blue gate into the garden, which was full of lavender smelling gorgeous, we knew we had made the right choice. Inside the villa is cool, immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, well equipped and comfortable. Loads of hot water and a powerful shower. If you had wanted to, there would have been no need to leave! Lounging by the pool or in one of the hidden spaces, playing table tennis, having a BBQ and watching the sunset over the sea. Galina came every day to freshen up and brought us a delicious lunch on one of the days. Georgia has left tasty treats for us on arrival. However, this would be a mistake as there are so many beautiful things to see nearby. The tiny beaches of Kamilia and Dafnoudi are close by and involve short walks to the coves where swimming is perfect and, when we were there, almost empty. The small harbour town of Fiskardo is lively with lots of lovely restaurants and little shops as well as a good supermarket. Walking out of the back of the villa takes you on a wooded trail past ruins and then to a beautiful church from where you can sit and watch a herd of goats in the field, filling the air with the gentle sound of bells. The little village of Maganos has several lovely little bars and an excellent local shop. Travel further afield to Assos, the Melisini Cave and you won’t be disappointed! Go tomorrow 🙂

Quiet and peaceful!
Great location on edge of small village that has two small supermarkets and a few restaurants. Fiskardo only a few minutes drive which is a beautiful small village by the sea. Accommodation is ideal for two people and offers a daily maid service. To explore from here you would need a car.

Perfect little Villa for two
Lovely rustic villa with very comfortable accommodation for two people. The villa is a beautifully restored stone farm house with private walled garden and swimming pool. In the local village of Maganos there are a couple of small supermarkets and tavernas and it's just a short drive into Fiskado harbour with lots of water front restuarants. Thoroughly recommend!

Beautiful peaceful villa
This is an amzing place to stay. It's beautiful, private and peaceful and yet still in a really convenient location. It's only 5 minutes walk into the local village which has several very nice tavernas and 2 small supermarkets. Less than 10 minutes drive to the stunning harbour town of Fiskardo and within very easy drive to beautiful beaches and other places to visit. The air conditioning in the property was also vey welcome and the owners got the right balance between wanting to be available and also give us our privacy. The booking process through their daughter Georgia was also very efficient. It's just over a one hour drive from the airport and via a very picturesque route. Highly recommended.

Fantastic
This is a great villa. Really lovely setting near Fiskardo with a charming swimming pool and a wonderful view of the sunset. We loved the surrounding gardens, the ancient olive trees (one by the pool and the other at the entrance) and the stone ruins. The owners put much love into the place and you feel it as soon as you walk through the garden door. A lady called Barbara arrives every morning with your breakfast and she’s great. Then if you’re lucky, Nick the owner will pop round of a evening with his delicious homemade spaghetti sauce. He’s a charming warm bloke who can’t do enough to make you happy. It had all the rustic charm we were after. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and had all modern comforts. And many thanks to Georgia for organising everything. Highly recommended!

A perfect hideway
we loved the location, one of the best areas of the island if you enjoy beauty and tranquility as we do. The small stone house is charmingly decorated and has a delightful garden. The pool is just right for a dip and a refreshing little swim, we also liked the table tennis area. Small beaches are within easy reach, so are a number of tavernas with authentic Greek food. Wonderful - a paradise for two people. Also, excellent communication with the owner and the manager who lives nearby and was welcoming us at check-in. Sheets and towels were changed mid-week!

Erholsame und romantische Unterkunft
Sehr nettes Ambiente liebevoll eingerichtet Die Eigentümer wohnten in der Nähe und waren immer für uns da um evtl. Wünsche zu erfüllen Haben uns immer mal wieder mit Original griechischen Essen versorgt oder Gemüse Der Garten hatte viele Sitzplätze je nach Laune mit Kissen überall da die Kissen aber immer draußen lagen sollte man Handtücher drüber legen. Bis Fiscardo ca 10 min Autofahrt netter kleiner Ort in der Sommersaison aber total touristisch überlaufen in der Nachsaison perfekt.zum Essen eher die Tavernen in den kleinen Orten davor nutzen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Kefalonia hat viel zu bieten. Zu empfehlen ist eine Bootsfahrt mit kleinem Mietboot ohne Führerschein möglich Buchten zum Baden für einen ganz allein.
