"I like to stay at these adult hotels because you usually end up with more space for the money, Fine Stay was as expected here. Service was good old Japanese style, though mentioning that no cleaning for the day but asking for coffee and new towels did not work. Would have given a higher rating except that the tv in the bathroom, the light and control in the jacuzzi was broken. Also, the tv remote never worked reliaby and always reset to maxiumn volume at the beginning of each day. Otherwise if...

"Everything was exceptionally good given that the pricing was reasonable. I especially liked the parking which is huge and parked in and out at your convenience. The room was spacious and the bathtub was quite big. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and choices. However, the wifi was a bit slow and the curtain was not dark enough to block yeh sunlight. "This Hotel/Onsen was very relaxing with nice facilities. The Mikimoto pearl shampoo and body wash that was provided in each room was amazing. The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. We had a fantastic stay."

"Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel. Cleanliness and size : clean and spacious. The hotel probably spends a lot of money on the maintenance. The hotel looks very grand but at the same time looks very ‘japanese’. I have been to many onsen hotels and I would say this one is the best at this reasonable price! Highly recommended if you go to Nagoya "
