5 Adults with 4 children - 8, 6, 4, and 2 years old
Online indicated there was WIFI, but being IT professionals, we could not log on. Made numerous calls to seek help, and they said there were no problems. We spent lots of time why we could not log on, only to diagnose that only one user can log in at a time. The shower door keeps on opening causing water to spill out. There were no mats in the washroom. The living room, is very small, and the fan keeps running in anticlockwise, there is no way the remote could be used effectively. Except for the one-bed mattress, all other mattresses were of very cheap quality and very soft. The lake was filled with excessive weeds, so could not use the water, and our children were very unhappy. Overall, I will not go there anymore.
