Kawakami Vacation Packages

The location of the hotel is perfect! The room itself is very nice. However, there was never any staff at the front desk. We were emailed a manual on how to use the washing machine, but our machine was different than in the manual, and it was difficult to figure it out. Also, the water in the shower was hard to figure out. There were no instructions on that, and once we figured out how it worked, we never figured out how to get warm water, so we had to shower with cool water the whole time we were there.

Great stay, room is comfortable, breakfast delicious and relaxed and the staff super helpful. Upgrade for access to the lounge definitely worth it.

Such a convenient hotel for tourist, 10/10

スタッフはとても優しかった。チェックインはとても遅い時間だったが、とても丁寧な対応でした。

The stay was perfect! It was close to the Kyoto train station (~7 mins walking), and had 3 convenient stores within walking distance. The hotel itself was so beautiful, very clean and the room was ample enough for 3 people (we had 3 beds). The staff were very helpful and kind. I would gladly stay here again!!
