"Overall, the hotel is pretty good. My check-in was very efficient and quick. My room was spacious and very clean. However, the shower is very small. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel for 3 nights, but there were a couple of problems. On one morning, my wife and I had to take cold showers because there was no hot water. During my last 2 nights, the fire alarms continuously sounded on several occasions very early in the morning. To say it was very frustrating is an understatement. Other than the cold showers and sleepless mornings due to a loud horn, our stay was pretty good. "

"Do not stay here. Here are some highlights. #1 checked in and could not get in our room because the door scan didn't work. Sat with my kids for 30 minutes on a dirty hallway floor waiting for maintenance to replace a door battery. #2 1 towel, 1/2 roll of toilet paper in newly cleaned room #3 Duct tape on the refrigerator door #4 Broken cabinet door laying on the kitchen counter #6 Broken dresser drawer in the bedroom #7 couch cushion heavily stained #8 AC vent covered with dust #9 microwave open/close button jammed #10 no plastic bag liner in the kitchen trash can #11 multi-floor parking garage does not have an elevator at all. You cannot push a luggage cart up the ramps. #12 parking garage stairs smell like pee and have homeless people sleeping in one section. #13 Complained to front desk and they refused to credit our stay because "we used a third party company (Hotels.com) to purchase the room. I paid $1,000 for 3 days at the terrible hotel. If you decide to stay, at least stay away from room 1303."

"shuttle was fine. Driver very helpful. understaffed. plan on letting phone ring We had no hot water in our shower. 3 of 4 elevators not operational morning of our departure. situated in a terrible neighborhood"

"The overall stay wasn’t a good one. The property was filthy. Carpet was dirty. The elevator had trash in it. The walls and floors to our room were dirty. I mentioned and nothing happened. The housekeepers just had the carts on the floors and sitting while they were chatting and eating the breakfast food. I would not recommend this place at all. Especially, holding the name Hyatt my expectations were ruined. "

"Great staff, very attentive. This is regarding the property. The condition of the property is very unkept and old. As a Omni property I had a higher expectation but it was below standards. Old rooms, dark and outdated hallways. Would not stay here again. It was also very expensive. "
