"Everything with the house was accurate according to the listing. Pool guy came twice during the week. Only thing we missed was a pizza shovel for the pizza oven. But since we where the first ones to use the pizza stove it may not be a problem for other guest 😉"

"We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was spacious and clean. It's situated in a quiet location that suited us perfectly. The outdoor space was ideal: terrace dining, a heated swimming pool (we paid for heating, as it was early April), a quick stroll to the beach, and breathtaking views. "This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it."

"This property although in a convenient and nice area was a bit dated. In March it was cold and the heating system was not working. We also could not gain access to the safe. The lock on the front door was also tricky and needs replacing. Despite contacting the owners through the provided portal they promised to get the heating looked into but no one came. They didn’t even respond about the safe. Overall poor service which is a shame as could have been a lot better!!"

"I emailed before my trip as i was arriving late and they responded very quickly with clear and easy check-in instructions which worked perfectly. Helpful with info about how to get there and what the price of a taxi from the airport should cost. The property and my room were very clean, lovely big shower and a comfortable bed. Effective blackout curtains as well. Eating area downstairs with inside and outside seating. They kindly kept my suitcase the next day after checkout so i could wander down to the beach (10min walk). The receptionist was very helpful calling for a taxi later and she was helping other guests by printing out their boarding passes. I only stayed one night but i would definitely recommend it. "
