Please accept our sincere apologies from the entire hotel management team regarding the gym facilities not being ready during your stay with us. Hotel Crowne Imperial is a new stand-alone hotel just opened from 10th of April 2019. While listing our property on Expedia.com we had anticipated that the gym facilities will be ready by this time. However, due to some unforeseen circumstances the opening of the gym facility was delayed. After taking note of your valuable feedback we have removed our gym facility from all of the online travel platforms immediately until it is fully operational again. Further, we are extremely glad to know that your stay with us was pleasant and you found our staffs friendly and your room clean. Once again, please do accept our humble apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this and we do take them constructively for us to improve ourselves.
