### Cozy studio at Splendid Condo, Kata beach

Enjoy your Phuket getaway in this holiday rental at Splendid Condominium in Karon. Conveniently located just 5 mins drive from the beach and walking distance to the main road with local eateries, stores and other amenities the area has to offer.   
The Condo is well maintained and offers popular facilities such as a swimming pool with sea view, rooftop bar, fitness room, free parking, 24-hour security and CCTV.   
The studio is fully air-conditioned and decorated in modern style with natural soft colors and it's fully equipped for your convenience. Offers a king size bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.   
The glass doors ensure lots of daylight and lead out to a private balcony, a perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or relax after a day at the beach.  
PLEASE NOTE. Electric usage is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht per kw. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.  
Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee.   
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
