Great retreat for our family as we fished on Caddo. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the property amenities like the canoes and lake front across the street, but it was a big part of the decision to be rent. Management stayed in touch throughout the whole visit. The cabin was clean, up to date, and with all the amenities we needed including extra blankets and pillows for hanging out on the couch. The property kayaks were so easy to walk over to and get into the water and enough kayaks for our entire group. Will absolutely rent from this company again. The property is a short 1/2 mile drive to Johnson’s Ranch were we got to hang out on the water , have a drink and snack and watch the boaters. ##### Sarah C. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the State Park, near the National Wildlife Refuge and right on Caddo Lake. This house is just 20 minutes from historic Jefferson (such a great little town ) with plenty to do. Or just stay in, the house was excellent and the host (Jenn) was very responsive.
