Room is spacious and clean, with view of the St Peter and St Paul cathedral. Spa access is included in the room rate. The breakfast was good. The only thing I don't like so much as that the sauna ends at 8pm, too early for tourists.

Nice hotel with free sauna and swimming pool
The hotel is clean, quiet and very comfortable. However, reception staff cannot speak english but this is not a big problem since we have google translate. The free sauna, steam room and swimming pool are great. The breakfast buffet provides a wide choice of food. As for location, it is on top of a hill so you must climb stairs or walk up the hill, it can be phsically demanding for elderly. The city centre can be reached with a 15 min walk.

Great Hotel with Great Spa
It was first time visiting Karlovy Vary so wasn't sure about hotel location. The hotel is located near the Russian Church up on the hill. I enjoyed walking but if you are going to purchase something from the city center, it would be easier bringing the car as it would take 15-20 min by walking. The reception staffs were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained as well. The best part was spa (wellness center)! There are steam sauna, dry sauna, big bubble tub, and small tubs for foots. It was great surprise to be relaxed while traveling.

Disappointing Stay
The staff had no record of our booking, but we ended up in a nice large suite. Communication with the staff is challenging as few of them speak English (despite the US and UK flags displayed outside). Breakfast was included, but it was poor quality with weak coffee and stale bread in addition to dried up, cold scrambled eggs.

beautiful building, nice area, free parking
The hotel is located in a good area, close to the center, a few minutes walk. It's very clean, the rooms are big, bright. The building is old but beautifully renovated and functional. Breakfast not very varied but enough. The spa area is a small but clean room with sauna and jacuzzi. The pool is sufficient for one hour of relaxation. Staff not very cooperative ...at the reception hardly receive a reply to greet. But they really try...At check-in I had to wait 15 minutes because the lady lobby talking on the phone. Maybe was something important :( Price is as expected, and I would probably stay in this hotel if I return.

Amazing staff, one of few hotels still owned by czech owners. Falicilities are clean and flawless, the food are indeed fresh. Love the staffs.

A beautiful building with a very nice Spa Area and very kind service and staff. What I didn't know before and got told when checking in was that our room was in another building, just 30m away but basically another hotel. It was still possible to go everywhere and use everything but for breakfast and spa you had to leave the house which in cold weather conditions can be annoying. Last but not least there was a little dog in the next room that was barking the whole time when their owners went for breakfast or anything.

サウナ付きの快適な滞在
受付の方が丁寧に案内や説明をしてくださりとても好印象でした。客室は広めで清掃も行き届いており、快適です。ホテル内はバスローブで移動ができ、ホテルのサウナやジャグジーは少し小さめですがしっかり管理されていて気持ちよく使えました。駐車場は敷地内に1日10€で停められます。街から坂道を上った少し落ち着いたエリアにあり、行き来は少し大変です。マッサージがお手頃な値段で受けられるようですが、人気のようでチェックイン時にはすでにいっぱいだった為、ホテルを予約したタイミングでマッサージの予約も入れると良いかもしれません。

Wir haben nun schon das zweite Mal das Hotel Villa Smetana ausgewählt. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein aber fein und beim Frühstück ist etwas für alle dabei. Es ist super ruhig und man läuft nur ein paar Minuten und ist mitten im Zentrum von Karlsbad. Gerne wieder.

Das gesamte Peronal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einfach wunderbar. Alles ist sehr sauber - man fühlt sich wohl. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und man erreicht alles sehr schnell und einfach. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön aber sehr klein. Eher für Leute, die sich die Stadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten ansehen möchten und evtl ein bisschen Sauna genießen möchten. Der Pool ist sehr klein. Allerdings hatten wir diesen für uns alleine 👍 Preis/Leistung ist einfach top. Ein kleines schnuckeliges Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Dem Personal gebe ich 5 ***** Sterne 👍 Der Preis für den Parkplatz ist mit 20 Euro für 2 Tage für Tschechien allerdings überteuert.

Das Servicepersonal hat viel Unruhe beim Frühstück verursacht. Immer wieder mit dem Geschirr und Besteck laut geklappert. Sonst sehr nett.

Loistavaa vastinetta rahoille
Rauhallisessa ympäristössä, silti lähellä kävelykadun vilinää. Ympäristössä on kauniita kaupunkihuviloita sadan vuoden takaa. Myös bussiasemalta on kohtuullinen kävelymatka. Siisti hotelli ja ystävällinen palvelu. Kylpylähoitoja tarjolla niitä kaipaaville. Wifi toimii ripeästi. Erinomaista vastinetta rahoille, suosittelen!

Ruhiges Hotel in ruhiger Umgebung
Das ruhige Hotel befindet sich am Stadtrand. Von hier aus kann ein Spaziergang zur Stadt führen. Von der Stadt aus ist es etwas steigend, aber man gewöhnt sich dran. Das Auto kann am Hotel kostenlos geparkt werden. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig.

Путешествующим с автомобилем - самый лучший вариант. Бесплатная стоянка на территории. Хороший отель, если особо не придираться. Завтрак шведский стол, конечно без изысков, но вполне нормально, всего хватает. Центр вниз по улице. Все в пешей доступности, только возвращаться в горочку. По дороге в центр вниз по улице с левой стороны находиться хорошая кофейня в подвальчике. Очень хороший кофе, рекомендую. Дальше по улице на перекрестке с Московской улицей в подвальчике - ресторан Склепик. Если вкусно покушать - это только туда.

예쁜 호텔이지만 산 위에 있어요...
차나 택시 아니면 상당히 가기 힘듭니다. 다행히 온천수들이랑은 가깝네요. 호텔은 작지만 예쁘고, 자금 여유가 있다면 스파도 괜찮을 듯 합니다. 수영장은 작지만 느긋하게 놀기 좋았어요. 조식은 그냥저냥입니다. 호텔 직원분들은 매우 친절했습니다. 바로 뒤에 러시아 정교회 교회라든가 다른 호텔들도 예뻐서 눈호강.

만족함
시내에서 아주 약간 멀고 약간 언덕에 위치했지만 방은 만족하였고 와이파이도 잘 됨. 방 2개를 사용하였는데 1개는 전망이 아주 좋았음. 주차도 편리했으나 주로 현지인 들이 온천과 마사지 받으러 오는것 같았음.

Hotel is ouderwets en afgeleefd. Geen 4 sterren waard. Kamers zijn klein maar comfortabel. Sanitair is oud maar werkt goed. Spa niet geprobeerd. Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Hotel ligt niet ver van rivier en oude stad, maar ligt op heuvel, dus best ongemakkelijk en vermoeiend om van daaruit te voet te vertrekken. Receptie werkt zeer traag. Het duurde maar liefst 20 minuten om uit te checken.

中心地からチョット離れた静かなホテル
スパ付きホテルで探しました。中心地からチョット外れてますが、広々としてくつろげました。 スパといってもサウナとジャグジー程度。お湯に浸かって温まる習慣はここではないようです。 スパは予約制でしたが貸切ではなくまた管理もされていないのでいつでも入れそうでした。 各種マッサージもオプションでありますが、こちらは早めに予約した方がよさそうです。 バスターミナルから歩くにはちょっと距離もありずっと上り坂なのでタクシーを使った方がいいかと思います。
