"First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by the front desk, restaurant, and guest service teams. They are consistently polite, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to assist guests. However, the facilities could benefit from some attention and updates particularly the bathroom odor and the inconsistent hot water flow in the shower."
