Accommodation description:  
This group home consists of 2 linked accommodation units (AT.5710.31 and AT.5710.32). Enjoy the peace and quiet around you here from your terrace by a small river in the centre of Kaprun. Enjoy the fresh outdoor air while enjoying the warm water in the wooden bathtub outside. Or would you rather enjoy the warmth of the in-house sauna? There is no door connecting the accommodations  
  
Winter sports in Kaprun mean snow guarantee, coziness, and a wide range of possibilities. Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing or snowboarding, all available with just one ski pass! Surrounded by no fewer than three ski areas, one of which has a glacier, there is no shortage of piste kilometers and snow. The glacier ensures that you can ski here almost all year round. A modern ski lift directly from the village takes you to the glacier area!  
  
After an active day, if you're in need of relaxation, the Tauern Spa in Kaprun is the perfect place to unwind. With its extensive pool complex, water slides, spa, wellness facilities, restaurant, and bar, it has everything you need for the ultimate relaxing day.  
  
In the summer, you can enjoy nature in the stunning mountain world and take the most beautiful hiking, (motor)biking, and mountain biking tours. A must-visit in the summer is the beautiful Stausee with panoramic views and its modern hydroelectric power plant. After a paragliding jump, an exhilarating car or motorcycle ride on the Großglocknerstraße is the ultimate way to complete your holiday!
