Most important: The first sun rays are yours! Nestled in your bed it is tempting to get up a little later, nevertheless the central location is perfect to be the first on the mountain. Within a couple of walking minutes you are able to reach the entrance of the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. From Winter 19/20 the brand new K-onnection gets you up starting from the centre of Kaprun! Weather the “Klammsee” in Kaprun or the refreshing water of lake Zell, our guests will be the First IN Mountains, Powder and Lake!We provide 5 bed rooms, a total of 4 bath rooms and a vast living room, connected to your private terrace, which invites for relaxing summer and winter times. The spacious terrace on the upper floor is facing south/west and offers you a magnificent view to the Kitzsteinhorn and the surrounding mountains. The cosy and wooden-furnished bed rooms do have big King-Size Double beds, whereas the children rooms are equipped with single beds. Further you have access to your private garden: barbecue and outdoor sitting area on top for your perfect summer holiday.We work on details to make your stay a memorable one: Free Wifi and parking in front of the house, as well as a Smart TV are part of our amenities. The kitchen is also well equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle to spoil your beloved ones!In the basement there is a shoe/dry and yoga room with mini trampoline, punching bag, pull-up bar and dumbbells. The ski and bike room is located next to the house.Looking for activities? Beside 408 kilometers of ski slopes, there are many attractions located within walking distance for an exciting summer stay: A small leisure park can be found at the foot of the Maiskogel, including the alpine coaster “Maisiflitzer”. We invite you to explore the peaks of Kaprun starting from your chalet: Weather it is a hike up the Imbachhorn, a trip to the High Altitude Storage Lakes or the Sigmund-Thun-Klamm. (3km) The golf course (6km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport. For guests who arrive without car, the train station of Zell am See is only a couple of bus stops away. (Line 660, every 30 minutes)

Wonderfull stay

Great stay! Beautiful and nice rooms. Bathrooms nice and big and one bathroom with bath great for the little ones. Especially the balcony was very nice really big and from lunch on the whole afternoon sun! Really enjoyed the stay would highly recommend this place. Great walking distance from the Maiskogelbahn, even with small children. Pretty basic kitchen utensils. For example, we missed a cheese slicer and a water jug.

Die angegebene Waschmaschine und der Toaster fehlten. Sehr kleine Kaffemaschine für 4 Tassen. Brühvorgang dauerte 25 Minuten. Habe bei Vera moniert, Sie wollte eine größere Kaffeemaschine besorgen. Kam aber keine Rückmeldung mehr. Essensteller waren nicht für 10 Personen vorhanden. Unterschiedliche Teller für 8 Personen. Keine Eierbecher. Besteck reichte auch nicht für 10 Personen. Kaffetassen, große Humpen, und alle unterschiedlich zusammen gesammelt. Tischdecke auf der Terasse schmudelig, Stockflecken und zerrissen. Wäre gut, wenn ein Besen und eine Schaufel im Haus zur Verfügung wären, dann könnten die Gäste zwischendurch die Brösel kehren. Der Müll wurde in einem Raum gesammelt. Die anderen Gäste haben die Tür nie geschlossen, deshalb hat es bist zu unserem Chalet gestunken, was bei der Wärme normal ist. In nicht allen Bädern gab es Seife. In einem Badezimmer ein kleiner Föhn. das sollte einheitliche sein. Zusätzlich wären Zahnputzbecher angebracht. Hygienebeutel für Frauen wäre auch sinnvoll. Haben keine Mobilitätskarte erhalten, auch keine Gästekarte, obwohl wir die Kurtaxe für 8 Personen bezahlt haben. Dadurch bekamen wir keine Vergünstigungen, mussten die normalen Preise bezahlen. Das hat uns zusätzlich einiges gekostet. Aber sonst haben wir schöne Tage in Kaprun verbracht

Tolles großes Haus!

Ausstattung: kleine aber feine Sauna war top. Die Heizung ging am ersten Tag leider nicht, es wurde sich dann am zweiten Tag darum gekümmert, das hätte man besser machen können. Mehr Besteck und Gläser, eine Skischuhheizung im Keller ist ein Muss für ein Haus in der Preisklasse :)
