When I arrived, the self-check-in machine wasn’t working properly, but a staff member quickly assisted me with the process, so it wasn’t an issue. Really convenient location! 2. Facilities & amenities It is an intelligent hotel with self check-in & check-out kiosks (but you can call for assistance if required). Lockers are provided for baggage storage on level 1 & there are traditional sweets to welcome you at the lift lobby too. On level 7, there's the washing machine & dryer for guest use (TWD30 each) & a small lounge where you can purchase snacks with books & magazines for your reading pleasure. Inside the room, there is also the AI voice assistant Xiao Meixi who can help to answer your queries. I had some fun getting Xiao Meixi to turn on music, TV & recommend me places to eat nearby. 3. Room Large & comfortable! Plenty of space to.move around & put your stuff. Working table below TV is long. Convenient powerpoints & available on both sides of the bed too. Contemporary design. There's even a small bathtub in the bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay here, & it was the best hotel I've stayed for this long holiday in Taiwan!
