Wonderful hotel, everything is excellent. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices, food is great. Definitely recommend.

Room is very clean, staff very nice. The only thing is there is no coffeemaker in the room. Maybe coffeemaker in the room is just the norm in North America but not in Asia.

Very close to the Unicorn Gundam statue! Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, train station is also very close. Offers paid airport shuttle service that drops you off at Haneda airport!

Fantastic property, fantastic location, lovely helpful staff.

Overall, my experience at was nothing short of exceptional. From the spacious and comfortable accommodations to the convenient amenities and nearby dining options, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area.

One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious rooms, and quiet location. Family Mart attachedto the hotel is super handy. Walking distance to Shiomi station. Staff is very helpfully and speaks English.

Amazing professional service, room is clean and quiet, walking distance to the metro station. Highly recommended!

Strongly recommend staying here! Great area and super clean/friendly hotel

Beautiful and clean hotel, very close to public transportation

4/4.5 hotel situated 7 minutes from Tokyo station (ie. 3 stops away). Booked a room with 3 beds and the room still has plenty of space for 3 large luggages. Very clean and modern. It’s a gem in close proximity to Tokyo station at a reasonable price.

The hotel was very good overall. There is not much in the immediate area but there is a train stop only minutes away. The restaurant had some tasty food at very high prices. Our room was very nice and had a good urban view, but was small.

Amazing place loves our stay here the best hotel I’ve stayed at breakfast could use more variation but other than that amazing. And a great selection of amenities available very friendly staff

Excellent Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Thoughtful Service! I had an amazing stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Nishi-Shinjuku PREMIER. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. One of the standout features was their room cleaning system—if you opt out of daily cleaning, they provide a bag with fresh towels, toiletries, and bottled water, which was a fantastic and thoughtful touch. The showers were incredible too. The water pressure was on...

Great hotel

We had a fantastic time during our time at &here Ueno! We spent 5 nights here and couldn’t have been happier with our choice and location. Traveling as a family 5 (2 Adults and 3 young kids) we were lucky to get a room on the 13th with 10 ft ceilings, lots of sleeping room and a beautiful east view of Ueno. The staff was fantastic, amenities were a bonus. Breakfast was great and location also (close to the station). We look forward to coming back one day.

Very nice hotel with skytree room view.

Great location, friendly staff and great breakfast.
