Property was new with decent facilities. When checking in for the week I was asked when to clean the room, requested Wednesday then Thursday morning requested again. The room was not cleaned all week, no linen changes or trash removal.

Hotel appears to be well maintained and staff is friendly. Low traffic of people which helped it being quiet. Ideal if you’re stopping by for a night or simply visiting for local events. Overall excellent choice in the area..

Freeway noise is really loud, lots of sirens. The room had a nice lounge area and a really nice bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre, but good coffee. Nice pool, but no showers in dressing room, and no clock on the wall. Nice workout room as well.

The staff here were all very friendly and the room and common areas were well kept and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was great. We have a family of 6 and don't always have the best options for accommodations; this was perfect for us.

The hallway on our floor needed to be vacuumed, as did our room. When we arrived, there were obvious small pieces of trash in both places. The trash or recycling can in the room had not been emptied. We didn't know until we were leaving that the room would not be cleaned every day.

Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was that they didn’t have garbage bags in the trash cans in our bathroom.

As a company we do not put in trash cans for safety reasons. It could be a choking hazard for toddlers.

Super clean super nice hotel. We would stay again. Disappointed they only have cleaning every other day and even then they don't make the beds! The housekeepers did an excellent job, though.

Top notch customer service!
Although our stay ended up being fabulous, my initial reaction was shock when told that Hotels.com had only reserved one room & I had a confirmation email confirming 2 rooms for our party of 6. Debbie at the front desk went above & beyond to find another room for us despite being sold out for the weekend. The error was not on her. But, she made a very happy customer out of me & even discounted the replacement room both nights. I would definitely stay again on a future trip.

Poorly designed hotel rooms. Bathroom is ridiculous. It is located directly across from beds. The door slides and is glass, so if you use the bathroom at night, turning on the light wakes up everyone else in the room. Also, very little privacy for a family. The “modern” shower has no drain which makes it impossible to not get water all over the floor, every time. There are glass shutters that separate the desk from the sleeping area that rattle every time you walk on the room or someone walks in the hallway. Sound proofing is so poor you can hear text notifications from the phones in the room next door. Refrigerator did not work. Hotel looks new and nice, but the room set up makes no sense.
