Wonderful property but host meh
Great location and comfortable beds. We parked at the parking garage at 1012 Baltimore because the nightly rate was $10 and it was open 24 hours. It was a block away. We didn’t fully utilize the aminities but can definitely see the value of them. The 24 hour security was very helpful. They were the ones that gave us our scan card and key because the lockbox was empty. The garage had some construction. When we tried to check in, the instructions were wrong. I called the host but no answer. I message 20 min before I arrived to them know we were about to arrive and I would communicate if there were questions or issues. Crickets. Thankfully there was a phone number on the door of the building to call for help. I would stay here again with the knowledge of not getting responses from the host because the location is so good. Having the tram outside the building is amazing.

Great location, bad parking tips
Nice clean condo with a fairly convoluted check-in. Follow the provided instructions exactly! Also, you can't park at the building, you have to find your own parking. The garage suggestions on the listing can't be used - the bank garage is for bank employees and monthly tenants, the library garage is not open 24/7. Spring 2024, construction of some sort is being done on the building, beware you may experience a planned power outage. We were not warned in advance, our first night had an outage 10pm to 6am. No AC, no lights, although a small flashlight and tiny battery lantern were provided. Not wanting to figure out how to get to the 19th floor with no electricity, we had to be back in the unit by 10pm. This was not an ideal circumstance, and condo owner was unwilling to offer any discount for that night.

Was a great location and we were able to walk everywhere - to Convention Center and restaurants. Wish we could have parked in the on-site garage tho. Our car got locked in for two days at the Commerce Bank garage.

Nice place in ideal location
Leading up to my stay with friends my friends came down with COVID and could no longer fly into town. The host was completely unwilling to be flexible through either refund or booking a new date — despite the circumstances. Solely so I wouldn’t have spent $600 for nothing my family went there during the day for fun. The checkin process is not ideal and there is no parking available outside of street parking. The place itself is very nice and very secure. It was clean and lavish.

Disappointing Stay
When my partner and I initially tried checking in, the code given to us to open the garage door was not working. This was the only way to get in and get our keys to the unit. I contacted the host asking if the code had changed and they simply told me that was the code. They couldn’t further help me. So we had to go bang on the door to get the security guard’s attention who luckily let us in so we were able to get the keys. Once we got in, each set of directions given were the opposite of how you were actually supposed to follow them, which was super confusing and frustrating. Then, once we got into the apartment, we were trying to find WiFi. There was no instructions that we were given or any info in the apartment for WiFi. I messaged the host and they sent me the WiFi and password, only for the router to not be set up. When I told them this they said they would try to get it fixed right away and I never heard back the entire weekend. Overall the apartment was clean and fine, but very frustrating with how our trip started and the hosts not being able to assist with our issues. Will not be returning,

Weekend Volleyball tournament
Loved my stay, I watched my daughter’s volleyball tournament at the convention center which was an easy walk or you could take the trolley to decrease the distance. A bit tricky to get the key to the door to work initially, turn right not left as the direction says to get the door to open.
