It is conveniently located near a grocery store and parks, the decor in every room is very neat and well-kept and all of the pillows and blankets were very comfortable. Unfortunately, this review is not five stars because of the customer service issues I experienced while at the property. This includes the first evening the battery in the thermostat died and our entire family was freezing. There were not enough additional blankets to keep us comfortable and when I reached out to the customer service representative they were incredibly dismissive of my concerns. I finally had to call the number listed and the gentleman on the phone was able to help me coordinate to have a technician come out to the property and fix the thermostat. Once they realized that there was an error on their end, they did offer an apology. On our second to last day we ran out of paper towels and trash bags, again I contacted the customer service representative and I did not receive a reply. As a result, I had to go to the store and buy more paper towels and trash bags to use while we were at the property. I do believe that the home is managed by a third party service, Unfortunately this leads to clients having to talk to multiple individuals, but they sign all of their messages with the same signature, therefore it is difficult to know if you were talking with the same person or to specifically address the experience you had with one individual. I would absolutely NOT stay here again based solely on my experience with the customer service, which is a shame because the property was so great! ##### Angelica V. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everything we needed, groceries, coffee shops, restaurants were very close. The unit was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The master bed wasn't very comfortable, I think the frame needs some adjusting. Everyone raved about their beds in the other 2 rooms. I do have a couple of suggestions. Place a No Soliciting plaque by the front door. We had a pest company salesperson stop by. Ironically, my other suggestion is to spray for spiders around the entrance, there's some big ones that come out at night! I admit, I have arachnophobia, so what's big to me is probably nothing to everyone else. My family had fun watching me freak out as I navigated through the front door. All in all, a very nice place to stay. We had a great time! ##### Christina D. The townhouse was the perfect size for my family and I, as we gathered for my mother’s home going service in Sedalia this past weekend. The location couldn’t be beat, close to various restaurants and shopping. And there was a Walgreens down the street which saved us when we had a infant emergency. Loved that every room had a king size bed and there were three well stocked bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you could need to make a meal. And the washer and dryer was essential and much appreciated with three kids. When I had any questions they were answered in a timely manner. Everything was wonderful! We had teenagers all the way up to grandparents and the 3 beds/bath made it perfect for privacy and some late night movie watching!
