Rooms were not clean Ice machine not working Bed sloped and worn out. Bathroom tile cracked and grout missing Dingy shower Had to replace jets every night because they no longer worked. Staff was nice and apologetic
Carpets felt sticky. Room had a weird smell. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Very convenient location for Nascar races. Staff accommodation was good
We had to change rooms. The carpet in the first room, 210, was moist and smelled terribly musty in the entire room. We changed to 134. Same issue. Our feet stuck to the carpet then on the tile. My sister had a/c issues in their room and changed rooms. They too had musty, moist carpet. Felt truly disgusting.

Ac did not work. Night clerk said she would calls back and never did. Yerrible customer service. We will not stay here again.

Holliday Inn express is our go to when on the road. This location was a little more run down than we are acustomed to. Staff was excelent and clenliness was on par. Just could use some esthetic maintenance.
I liked the location. My coffee pot in room didn’t work, blind in room wouldn’t stay up, pool was down, ran out of food for breakfast and just ran down and needs maintenance tlc.

Our room was large, it was on the first floor and close enough to the side entrance which was very convenient for packing/unpacking. The property felt safe (traveled with toddler) and super close to The Legends outlet mall and the main highway. The front desk and cleaning/maintenance staff were super friendly. What we didnt like was the first night the pool and hot tub were under maintenance, then the second and third night the pool was open but the hot tub was still closed and the pool was COLD, so so cold - my energetic toddler still enjoyed it but was very uncomfortable for us adults. This next one is more of a personal preference but the pillows were way too soft. I also wish they had a Change Machine in the laundry room - the front desk staff didnt have quarters available.

The only thing that was a concern was the door to my room you could see the hallway through a crack. Other than that it was great! Thanks for the clean stay!

The property wasn’t up to par.. the swimming pool was out of order the elevator didn’t work whole time we was there so we had to take stairs to 3rd floor then I switched rooms to a second floor..

The property is in need of updates—cracked/chipped tiles in the bathroom; chipped/rusted tub; elevator not working; side door/room key entry not working.
Staff were kind and polite, nice customer service. Good area. The elevator and hot tub was broken 2/4 days we were there. The sink in our room had a seward smell when water turned on.

We had 2 rooms. The first room had a broken thermostat and it was laying on the desk. Staff quickly gave us a different room.
2nd room had multiple hairs and a string on the floor and when we walked on the carpet it clearly wasn’t vacuumed. Very disappointing for $185-$200/room. We won’t be back.

The first room did not have working heat and the water was not very hot. I appreciated the closet space and coat hanging area but the fridge door was stuck shut due to it being sticky. There was a small moldy smell.
I know it was a New Year’s Eve stay but the check-in staff were less than enthusiastic upon our arrival. He did not give any details about breakfast. We had to ask. Room had only one cup for coffee maker. When we checked out there was no “thank you” by that staff person for staying at our hotel. He seemed bothered when I asked for a receipt. Again, I know it’s a holiday but we’ve had better service on previous stays.
Not a nice hotel - definitely run down and not taken very good care of. We stayed as a group and all of our rooms had sticky and gross carpets. Your shoes would stick to the hard floor after walking on them and make noise. Dining furniture was all worn down. Bathroom not very clean comparatively to over stays - harder to clean areas not cleaned at all such as corners and under shelves in bathrooms.
Rooms are a lot smaller than most hotels we have stayed at, which is several a year most of which booked on hotels.com. Narrow entrance with another door way to the bedroom from the bath/hall area.
Our individual experience, but took 10 minutes for us to just check-in with one person in front of us because the staff was super slow.
