The rooms and hotel were very clean! Walking distance to so much downtown. The street car is close and can take you all the way to union station! Staff was friendly and so nice! Would definitely stay here again :)

Unfortunately when I arrived for my room, the first room was inhabited, the second room was already inhabited, the third room was not clean, and then fourth room they gave me was finally clean and not inhabited. When I spoke with the staff at the front desk and said this was not normal, she said that happens and that it was a new hotel. She said there was nothing to be done about the situation.

There was puke outside the entrance our whole stay. The floors of the lobby and elevator were sticky. Our room had some trash on the floor when we got there. Overall the stay was just fine, but the cleanliness needed some help.
