Very friendly staff. Great hotel but not much around within walking distance. We didn’t have a car…. Next time I’m visiting KC I will be renting a car.

Great service
Our weekend stay was great. we were going to Oceans of fun. Arrived before they opened as as it would go grandkid needed restroom. So we decided to swing by hotel just to locate it and let him use public restroom if we could. Explained what was going on and while he was in restroom clerk checked and our room was available. He promptly checked us in so we unloaded suitcase into our room. Didn'thaveto worry about leaving thing in car at the park..

Everything was excellent with only one exception— One of our bath towels was badly stained and very unappealing to the point that it was immediately dropped on the floor and not used. Everything else was great and we will definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Easy on and off interstate, quiet, good breakfast. When we walked in our room it smelled fresh and clean!

We chose this hotel for the indoor heated pool, and the free hot breakfast. Upon arrival, we learned that the pool was closed (due to no fault of their own, someone threw up in it). We were very disappointed as our family was looking forward to swimming. Pablo at the front desk was super nice and got us set up to swim at a hotel just down the block for free. We really appreciated that! Pablo also got us a free crib to use for our toddler. The room was clean, nice and modern. AC worked well and the hot water and water pessure were fabulous. The hot breakfast was great with plenty of options. A woman was cleaning up messes as people made them at breakfast (she was doing a great job keeping it clean). Late checkout was nice. There was also a nice little sun terrace outside with rockers and patio furniture. Only thing not great was the carpet in our room seemed damp and that was kind of a gross feeling, but it wasnt hard to just keep our shoes on while moving about. Thank you for the place to stay for the night and for the excellent service.

We had a great stay. Clean quiet and comfortable. Polite and courteous staff. One of the best stays we've had. A very positive stay for us and we will be staying here again when we get back to town.

Safe and fairly clean. Loud AC unit. Not ideally located near anything other than Worlds of Fun (which would explain the more reasonable rate). The complimentary breakfast was great. Staff were great. Easy to find. Free parking. So, satisfied for a place to rest heads and shower but no wow factor.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Breakfast each morning was great, and several options. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The staff was great! Very friendly and they had security! There was a small incident with a homeless person stumbling around the parking lot and security made sure they did everything to keep us safe. 4 min drive to Works of Fun so we would definitely stay here again!

Terrible guest service
Nice hotel they were having issues with there keys and doors didn’t mention that to us we used the digital key which was fine our friends came back later than us and were locked out and forced to purchase there own room requested a refund yet the hear back. Worst was they knew of the issue and didn’t say anything
