The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked well. I will surely stay there again. The WiFi signal was the best I have ever experienced in The Gambia. I highly recommend it. "The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. My whole trip was terrible as askay delayed my return to freetownby more than 9 hours. I am asking for part refunds for my airfsirand hotel. This was my...

"Amazing stay at one world. I was made to feel so welcome by Mustapha and his team. I had everything that I needed in my apartment and was able to use the communal kitchen to make food. The guest house was very close to the beach, which suited me really well, and having a pool was an extra bonus. Thanks to everyone at one world 🤗"

"On arrival thw managed didn't expect us, there wasn't a room ready and they were moving a wardrobe etc into our allocated room. I had to ask for towels, a kettle, a sheet to put over us on the bed. Electric sockets were dangerous, the balcony was filthy and the chairs disgusting. Day 2 of being there, no power and I gave the manager money to top up the electric. After one week there was no water. This place is disgusting and needs closing down "
