The boss gave us four people breakfast without any dispute. I also provided him with a booking confirmation to see if my reservation included breakfast, and I promised to complain to hotel.com after returning to Hong Kong. Unfortunately, I have been calling Hotel.com but have not responded. I hope that hotel.
