Our door lock was broken and anytime we wanted to lock the room or get into the room we had to ask the manager for his key. We ordered a double queen room, and there was just one single bed in the room and to rectify this they went and retrieved the worst pullout ever imaginable. Breakfast was also subpar. There was no workout room even though on their website, they said there was."
