Told the staff when we saw cockroaches in our first room. Got given a new room and still infested with cockroaches. We accept that the rooms are basic and dated for the price we paid. But it's not dirt cheap enough to expect customers to put up with cockroaches. The cleanliness and condition of the property was bad to disgusting. There was a hole punched in the wall, the carpet was horribly stained and torn (major tripping hazard) both in the room and hallway, and various other maintenance concerns ignored.
