Step outside to enjoy breathtaking desert skies, stunning sunsets, and incredible stargazing far from city lights. The private deck off the primary bedroom creates a peaceful retreat for morning coffee, evening wine, or quiet moments surrounded by canyon country views. If you're visiting us in February during the Hot Air Balloon festival (Balloons and Tunes) you will have a front row seat to the festivities of launching the balloons. The view doesn't get better!



Guests love the easy access to nearby hiking trails within walking distance, making it simple to explore the natural beauty right outside the door (K-Hill trail is right across the street, and Hog Canyon trail head is just a short walk down the street). Centrally located for day trips to both Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park, this home is an ideal basecamp for hiking, ATV adventures, photography trips, family vacations, and outdoor exploration.



This home is pet friendly (dogs only, no cats) with an additional fee. 2 dog maximum. Dogs must be left in a crate if being left in the home unattended.

Whether you're hiking the Narrows, exploring Bryce amphitheaters, or simply soaking in the peaceful desert atmosphere, this Southern Utah retreat is the perfect place to recharge and reconnect.



Guest Access:

A unique entry code will be given prior to check in. The garage is available for guest use and must be accessed from inside the house.



The Neighborhood:

Located close to Highway 89 for easy access, but far enough away that the neighborhood is peaceful. This property is located on a quiet street and there is very little traffic that passes by. The neighborhood is wrapped in red cliffs, and neighbors are quiet and friendly. The lot to the West is empty, hiking trailheads are located across the street, and there is a large empty field behind the home, so there is a nice feeling of seclusion. With plenty of parking in the driveway as well as on the street, there is plenty of room for your vehicles or ATV trailer.



There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views and the trail for K-hill and Pugh's Canyon are just a short walk from the home. Additionally, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, pavilions, and tennis/pickleball courts; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours. Downtown Kanab with all of its restaurants and shops is just a few minutes drive away.



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.



Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.



Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests.



Pet Policy: House trained dogs only, no cats. 2 dog maximum allowed. Please be responsible and clean up after your pet both inside and outside so we can continue to be pet friendly. Dogs must be contained in a crate if being left unattended in the home. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
