Redrock Cozy Condo is ready to be your ultimate home base for Southern Utah adventures! After a day of exploring, you'll love returning to this truly cozy retreat. Unwind in the living room with its plush seating and large flatscreen, or whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy dining inside or alfresco on the patio, complete with a barbecue.

When it's time to unwind, head upstairs where you'll find three inviting bedrooms. The first boasts a plush king bed and a private patio that’s ideal for your morning coffee. The other two bedrooms each offer a comfy queen bed.

For your convenience, you'll find two full bathrooms – one on each floor. The downstairs features a walk-in shower. The upstairs features a double vanity and a shower/tub combo. Plus, a full-capacity washer and dryer are available for your use.

Great property! We found everything very clean. Beds were all comfortable. We didn't use the pool/hot tub so can't say how it is but it is very close to the unit. We had an issue with the tv remote and hosts were quick to respond and resolve issue. The location was perfect. Close to town and close to main road. Quiet neighborhood. Glad we stayed here!

Very nice stay here. Clean, spacious, quiet, clear communication. No highway noise. Kanab is a great base for Zion and Bryce Canyon. We highly recommend the Rocking V Cafe and Dreamland Safari Tours. We would come back!

The location was beautiful! Easy to get to both Zion and Bryce Canyon.Could have used a few more mixing bowls and batteries for the remote, that didn’t seem to work. Only one hairdryer for 2 bathroom was inconvenient. One of the refrigerator door shelves was broken and the washer dryer doors kept coming out of the track.

Great trip to Utah

Great trip to Utah with an old friend from high school. Kanab is the perfect central location to visit Zion, Bryce, & North Rim. The condo was as described, kitchen with all you need, beds clean and comfortable (although pillow a little hard). The carpeting on the stairs could use a cleaning - that's the only reason for the four stars for cleanliness - everything else was spotless. Over all a good base for our travels. Would stay here again.

Fantastic place

This is such a wonderful place to stay. The location is brilliant - right close to so many great hikes. Zion National Park is pretty close too. Page is not far either - so lots of options to explore. Randy and Laurie are great hosts. The house was immaculate - with great amenities. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Randy and Laurie to help us enjoy a great vacation in southern Utah!

Perfect little town and place for visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and the North Rim after May. Bedrooms are upstairs if that is of a concern.
