I have to start by saying that we travel a LOT for team sports. We’ve stayed at many many hotels in many different cities. This was our third time in Kamloops and in this area. Leading up to the stay there was a ton of communication with the hotel and confirmations of room amenities etc. When we got there, many of the 18 rooms we paid for were not what was confirmed. Kitchenettes only had bar sized fridges, two of the rooms had no working air conditioning and it was up to 40 degrees every day. The rooms were not very clean, dirty bedding, holes in the curtains, old food stuck in the stove from previous guests that actually caught fire when the family tried to cook. The pool was dirty and smelly. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff tried to be accommodating and make things right but it required a lot of discussion/complaining. In all, I don’t think a single family of the 18 were remotely satisfied. We won’t stay there again.

The staff at the hotel was so kind, helpful, and quick to help! The staff was the most friendly staff I’ve ever met at any hotel! The poop water got overheated and when we mentioned that they called maintenance right then and someone was there within 10 minutes! When we required some extra towels, they were delivered within minutes and they said hello to us whenever we walked by. Thank you for your hospitality!

Staff super friendly at check in and check out. Hotel was super clean and quiet. Great choices for breakfast as well. Booked on a whim and so glad we did. 10/10 for sure, if we are in town again in the future will definitely book this.

While the staff were friendly and very responsive many of the doors and other surfaces were visibly dirty and the door between the pool and the parking lot did not close or lock properly so as to be secure. Great staff though.

Convenient, quiet and clean. Comfortable beds, great pillows, and blackout drapes. The pool was clean but way to warm to swim in. The hot tub was scaldingly hot and unusable. Parking was easy. The breakfast was a good combination of hot and cold options.
