### End Unit with Private Hot Tub, Theater Room and Ski Resort Views

Park City Black Rock Ridge 1129 is a wonderful property with great amenities and ski resort views. The home is situated just 10 minutes from Main Street Park City and the fun filled Jordanelle Reservoir. Numerous hiking and biking trails, as well as all the world-class ski resorts are close! It has all new furnishings and hot tub.  
  
This end-unit townhome has two levels and 2,560 square feet, with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms to easily sleep up to eight guests.  
  
You'll enter the property through the front door putting you right into the main level great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area.  
  
Living Room (main level): Features a comfortable mountain contemporary sofa and chair, a warm gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. Take in the ski resort views from the living room or step outside on the deck to brighten the senses.  
  
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features high-end Viking appliances, including a gas range and a center island with seating for three.  
  
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for six surrounded by plenty of natural light and mountain views.  
  
Family/Bonus room (lower level): This bonus family room offers a comfy sectional sofa, a Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace. The adjacent private patio boasts a private hot tub and the awesome ski resort views.  
  
Theater Room (lower level): Comfortable queen sleeper sectional sofa, a 110” projection TV screen with Directv.  
  
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:  
Grand Master Suite (main level) — King size bed, 55” Smart TV and mountain views. The en suite bath has a dual sink stone counter vanity, a soaking tub, a separate shower and a walk-in closet.  
  
Master Bedroom 2 (lower level) – Queen bed, 55” Smart TV, and mountain views. The en suite bathroom has two sinks and a separate area offering a soaking tub and a shower.  
  
Bedroom 3 (lower level) — Queen bed, access to a full bathroom with a tile and glass shower.  
  
Additional half bath on main level.  
  
TV Service: AppleTV available on All TVs as well as in the home theatre. Smart TVs provide access to all streaming services
