Property Summary  
The House "Skistadl" is situated in a sunny position on a slope, directly by the skiing area in Kaltenbach, Austria. It offers a yard, Internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan option. This vacation rental features a meadow, a barbecue area, and a restaurant within the house itself. The property is equipped with central heating and is located 6 km from the center of Kaltenbach, 11 km from Fügen, and 18 km from Mayrhofen.  
  
Outdoors  
The House "Skistadl" boasts a prime location directly by the skiing area, with ski slopes just 10 meters away. Walking paths are accessible from the house itself, just 10 meters away. Additionally, a mountain railway and ski lift are conveniently located 500 meters from the property, providing easy access to the surrounding ski areas.  
  
Other Information  
Access to the House "Skistadl" is via a 1.5 km long, very bumpy, steep, and narrow motor access road. In winter, it is advisable to carry snow chains for your vehicle. Alternatively, there is a steep footpath leading to the house. Parking is available at the house, but in winter, the parking area is situated 900 meters away.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The nearest shop is located 6 km away, and the Kaltenbach railway station is also 6 km from the property. An indoor swimming pool is situated 10 km away, while a golf course (18 holes) is accessible within 10 km of the House "Skistadl." Nearby attractions include walking paths just 10 meters from the house, a mountain railway and ski lift within 500 meters, and ski slopes merely 10 meters from the property.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a cozy 4-room apartment spanning 90 square meters on the 1st floor. It features a living area with a double sofabed, a double bed, and access to the balcony. Additionally, there are two separate double bedrooms. The apartment offers a kitchen-living room area equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, a dining nook, and satellite TV. The living room also has a sofabed and access to the balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. These include a balcony with furniture, offering panoramic views of the mountains. The apartment is heated with oil heating and has carpeted floors. For families with young children, a baby cot is available. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge. Other amenities include a shower, a separate toilet, a barbecue, a dishwasher, satellite TV, heat, and a television. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 9 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
