« It’s a very well kept stay. The staff was very approachable and helpful. They do not have a kitchen in the twin bed room unit I stayed in but you can get good ordered via the reception. Basic toiletries are made available. I liked the temple, the green mountain and the street I could see from my balcony. »

« Hôtel situé à 45 mn à pieds des Five Ratha ( mais marche sur route pas forcément très agréable ) ou 300 roupies en rickshaw. L’hôtel est propre et bien entretenu mais un petit rafraîchissement des chambres serait le bienvenu. L’accueil est au top ,prévenant . La piscine est très agréable après une journée à visiter ces beaux temples ( merci à Kartykean pour sa disponibilité). La restauration est savoureuse avec le service impeccable de Theresa et Rejola .( nous n’avons pas éprouvé le besoin...

« The place is not worth the money. Their website photographs and actual state is very very different. The linen are with holes. Bathroom is stained bcos of hard water. "Hôtel absolument scandaleux pour un établissement qui prétend avoir 5 étoiles. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été choqués par l’état général de la chambre. La propreté était clairement négligée : les draps étaient sales, tachés et dégageaient une odeur désagréable, ce qui est totalement inacceptable à ce niveau de standing. La climatisation était dans un état pitoyable, encrassée, bruyante et manifestement jamais entretenue. La salle de bain était sans doute le pire : traces de saleté, joints noircis, équipements vieillissants et mal nettoyés. Nous avions presque peur de toucher quoi que ce soit. De manière générale, l’hôtel est mal entretenu, vieillot et ne correspond absolument pas aux standards d’un 5 étoiles. C’est une véritable tromperie pour les clients qui paient un prix élevé en pensant séjourner dans un établissement de luxe. Je suis extrêmement déçu et je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. À éviter"
