"Die Unterkunft war schmutzig. Es gab trotz eisiger Kälte viele Mitbewohner:Ameisen, Kellerasseln und Spinnen. Die Heizung funktionierte in keinem der Räume. Die Durchschnittstemperatur in der Wohnung betrug 14 Grad bei einer Außentemperatur von - 3 Grad. Trotz der Bemühungen der Vermieterin, die kläglich scheiterten wurde es nicht wärmer. Wir mussten unseren Urlaub auf Grund der extrem kalten Innentemperatur abbrechen, da ein entspanntes Wohnen nicht möglich war. Ein geringer Teil der Kosten...
