« Nice »

« Nice business hotel, well maintained, very good rooms, not noisy, restaurant good but expensive for Pontianak, very good breakfast. However : no masssage facilities except in room, not really comgortable, and then the therapist swiches on the TV to wathch her favorite soap opera. Very poor service from her, to avoid certainly. Location is fine if you have to go to UNTAN, otherwise it is a little bit far from city center. Not really far and traffic jams are not comparable to Jakarta's ones ! »

« Excellent hotel, staff and location. Only negative, parking was free but on departure we were charged by the car park attendant who said it wasn’t included. We have requested a refund on this. This did slightly disappoint was was a fabulous stay otherwise. »

« Super séjour dans cet hôtel que je considère comme le meilleur du Kalimantan. Quasiment fini d'être rénové, les chambres sont grandes et très confortables. Il y a même TV5MONDE, une première en Indonésie. Le service est top. le personnel très sympa. L'hôtel offre même chaque matin à 5h30 une excursion gratuite en bateau pour le marché flottant de Lok Balintan. »

« For the area it is the nicest hotel, staff are very friendly and happy to help. The pool is not desirable due to people that stay there, blowing their noses in the water. »

« Great stay overall. Cleanliness, restaurant, staffs are great but one thing this hotel lacks is the WiFi connectivity. WiFi sometimes connects well and sometimes disconnects. For people who want to work with laptop, it could get frustrating at a time. »
