Very secure, key card needed to access all areas of hotel. Clean, stylish, friendly staff. Parking ramp too far away though.

Hotel itself is fine although I was disappointed in the size of the pool and lack of hot tub. The staffing is poor and inconsistent - couldn’t answer basic questions. Lied about sending out dry cleaning, gave conflicting information about parking and breakfast. I don’t blame the staff - they aren’t trained or given adequate support. We will find another option when revisiting the area.

Love the set up of these rooms. It really is like a little home away from home. Bringing our dog was nice and convenient. My kids and I enjoyed our stay but would have enjoyed it more had the pool been open.

The rooms were great, and the staff was great. There's no easy parking, so we paid $20 to park for the entire stay in a garage with a sky walkway to the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was good, nothing fancy, but good food.

There is no better place to stay in K’zoo for the value. Love the guitars and art work in the lobby’s and in the rooms!

This was a great stay. Staff was personable and friendly, ESPECIALLY Marta! She's wonderful! Parking was a little weird in the parking garage. The hotel keys werent working for it, so i just independently paid each time. I would highly recommend this hotel for an overnight or extended stay. Central to everything, very clean, great staff! I'll be returning!

The staff were extremely accommodating. The continental breakfast was wonderful, they went above and beyond to make sure that all the young wrestlers had great protein options during our tournament weekend Thanks y'all.

I know you're seeking property feedback, property was fine. Overall: Gym had no cups for water dispenser and no sanitizing wipes for equipment. Breakfast was stale and lacking in good variety.

Great location. If it wasn’t cold, very walkable to restaurants and bars. Room was in good condition, had a few scuffs and bumps but overall it was well maintained. Staff was terrific. Free street parking on the weekend was a plus!

The most inconvenient set-up I've ever seen! I drove to the address shown and parked in front to check in. I didn't realize that this hotel in the back of a Hilton. The parking garage is across the street. You have to walk across the skywalk, go down to the first floor, walk all the way through the Hilton, and then go upstairs again to your room. The room was clean and nice, but the pillow situation is terrible (bring your own). The Hilton staff was very friendly. The Home 2 Suites staff was not. Breakfast was ok except there was no coffee one of the days. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
