The property is secure, and guests are provided with a key fob to access both the building entrance and the elevator. CCTV cameras are in operation throughout the property, which adds an extra sense of security. The location is excellent, right in the CBD and within walking distance of the Sky Tower, bus and train stations, shopping areas, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Please note that you may hear some street noise at night, so if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may not be the best place for you. Guests should bring their own toiletries, including a towel and slippers. The shared kitchen is well-equipped with useful appliances, and there are token-operated washing machines and dryers available. If you plan to spend most of your day exploring the city and simply need a comfortable place to sleep at night, this property offers good value for money. One suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the rooms and bedding. Modernising these facilities would enhance the overall guest experience, and I believe guests would be willing to pay a little more for the added comfort.

La meilleure chambre avec une magnifique vue sur la Sky tower. Très grande chambre avec 2 lits doubles. La SDB et WC grands et très bien agencé. La penderie immense ainsi que son mini bar. Le buffet pour le petit dej est GÉNIALISSIME (j’en ai encore pleins le ventre et les yeux🤩) le dinning room service impeccable😊le casino 🎰 j’ai pas les mots pour décrire toute l’immense joie que j’ai ressenti d’y être JUSTE MEGA TOP✨la piscine, le spa etc la salle de sport c’est la classe😎le personnel au petit soin🇳🇿VRAIMENT magique mon séjour dans cet hôtel 🏨 je recommande ++
