Beds for 11 people, (possibly 12) big rooms can either be singles or superkings Sky TV, free wireless internet. Only 1 km to the village. A great view from the deck down to the estuary, Private and set on beautiful grounds and use of pool at owners' discretion, due to the fact it's on their property and outside their home (this year we have made a decision to keep it on the down low for guests, rather than having people in the pool from daylight to dark). We are still open to people using the pool, but with restrictions. Great for group or family getaways, conferences, team building, etc However we do not allow parties Minimum 2 night stay for long weekends, and public holidays. The owners live on the property but far enough away to still be private - however the pool is outside their home. Please remember to bring mosquito repellent as at certain times of the year they are a nuisance Key is on site or owner will organize collection with you New security cameras are now operating, at front door and entrance to the property . I paid for 9 people but had 10 stay. I paid the extra when i realised my mistake. The husband/owner was over regularly checking on us. We could have easily discussed this on one of his visits. Instead i got long abusive messages from his wife that I hadn’t checked until the last day. They pointed out they were always checking us on the cameras. I didn’t appreciate that when i disappeared to my campervan for privacy with my partner and discovered him look through the window to check if we were sleeping in it. That was humiliating to us. We had three couples call in for drinks and food. We were told we were not allowed visitors. The arguments on the last day, and days after we left, were very unnecessary. If they just talked to us nicely, we would have been happier with our stay. ##### Leon W. It had everything we needed and the hosts were so amazing, Di was away while we stayed but her communication leading up to stay and even during when she was overseas was excellent and Billy was so welcoming and helpful while we were there making sure we had the best time. The house was perfect for our family and great for young children (we have a 2 year old) with enclosed deck and able to keep them on the top level. Three bathrooms was a treat. Loved the pool. It rained a little so the covered gazebo kept our towels and spectatores dry. The covered and screened in deck was great for the bbq and meals. The provision of fans were appreciated as summer is always a little toasty. Thanks for the tip about the sat morning markets. Very relaxing weekend. Would definitely come here again. ##### Mandy F.
