Very close to location of many snorkeling and manta tours. One beach you can walk to is right outside the complex but a bit rocky. About 1.5 mile walk to best snorkeling beach at Kahuna Beach. The pictures in the listing don’t do the view justice at all. Full oceanfront view with double-wide bi-fold doors. Great working AC. Clean and bug-free, which is tough to find on the islands. Amenities were great, too. Good working condition beach chairs and umbrella, baby floaty, cooler, large TV’s. The open walk-in showers were great too- super easy with all the washing up you do after beach or pool time. The access to the ocean-front pool was fantastic, too. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. There is even a wine fridge. Good sized bathrooms. Plenty of comfy lounge chairs at the pool with a great view of the ocean and umbrellas. Very close to a big shopping center with a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, a drug store, and a movie theater. Keypad on the door is easy to operate. Each morning we would sit on the lanai and read or eat breakfast. The view was so great it was almost hard to get going in the morning. Overall, it was a great experience staying at this condo. WE super loved the 2 large wild turkeys that "held court" in the middle of the road on the street outside the property. Our unit was ready before check-in so the property manager let us check-in a few hours early which was nice. The unit was spacious and has a great view of the ocean (either with the lanai doors open or closed). Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Rice maker and bean grinder were a plus. Brand new full size washer and dryer came in handy for washing beach towels and not having to pack as much clothes. There were no steak knives but a call to the PM resolved that and they brought them over that day. The Ocean pool next to the unit was closed for renovation which wasn't a problem as there are two other pools close by. In fact it made for quiet morning and evenings on the lanai with no one at the pool. The barbecue by the Ocean pool is in pretty bad shape and needs to be fixed (hard to light and one burner barely stays on). There are beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. for the beach.
