Banyan Tree Unit #202 is ready for your Hawaiian Vacation. The 1200 sq. ft. unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, & lanai that is 25' from the ocean. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed whereas the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Shoji Screens divide the Master Bedroom and Living /Dining Area. 2 flat Screen TV's in unit, 1 42 inch TV in living room and 1 32 inch TV in Guest Bedroom. Kitchen has appliances which include, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and built in microwave. The unit has a full size stack washer and dryer. Phone available for local calls. Internet Available. The 2 bathrooms have easy walk-in showers. Ceiling Fans in Bedrooms and Living/Dining Area. A/C wall mounted in Master Bedroom.
Banyan Tree has covered parking on ground floor and easy access by key/touchpad elevator system to reach floors above. A Veranda is available for your use on the 2nd floor. The Oceanside pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area is a great place for relaxing, swimming or cooking. Chaise Lounge Chairs, and Table Sets are available for your use. \*\*\*Please note that there is Security Surveillance Pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area.\*\*\*

My husband and I brought our two teenagers to Hawaii for the first time and this place was an excellent home base for us. The condo is well stocked with everything I needed to cook most meals at home. The lanai that overlooks the ocean was always full of surfers and I loved watching them. We watched the sunset from the lanai each day. The beach umbrella and beach chairs that were supplied were so nice! Lovely place!

#### Beautiful oceanfront on the Kona coast
We had a wonderful stay! The condo is comfortable, clean, well stocked and close to the Kona beaches and downtown. We loved sitting on the lanai with our coffee in the morning watching the surfers and the occasional cruise ship arriving. The host is very responsive. Thank you Dana for everything

This property was perfect for us. Morning coffee on the lanai watching the surfers hit the waves and evenings watching the sunset. A few miles out of the downtown Kona area making it quiet and peaceful. The property was clean with adequate garage parking. We will be back!

#### Fabulous Location and Beautiful View
We absolutely loved our stay here, we were in town for the Ironman and it was the perfect location away from the more crowded downtown Kona area, but also just a short drive away. The view from the lanai was beautiful, we spent several hours out there every day watching the waves, surfers, sunrises and sunsets. The condo was very clean and had every amenity we needed as we ate out several times but also cooked as well. I would highly recommend staying here during your visit to Kona.

I have rented condos in different cities 8 times. This condo is the best of them all. Very roomy, laid out very nicely. Covered parking and Kona Trolley stops across the street to take to downtown Kona. So much better than the pictures show. Definitely highly recommend and Dana is easy to work with. Thank you, Dana, for sharing your home with us.

Very nice view and very convenient to town. While there was AC in the master bedroom, it did not cool the whole condo. The second bedroom was too hot/humid to sleep in. The refrigerator was rusty on the outside so it looked dirty.

The property was a little worn down. The unit needs some repairs to floors and paint. The location is beautiful and the homeless think so too. There is public beach access right next to the property. The homeless congregate there at night drinking alcohol and smoking. I expected the property to be enclosed but it was not. Parking was not secure. The view is incredible just like the listing.

My older teens and I had a wonderful time. The view is amazing. We watched the surfers each morning/night and spinner dolphins even appeared our last day. The unit is well stocked across the board - fully functional kitchen, everything for beach days (chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and small ice chest), family games, books, paper goods and plenty of cleaning supplies. It’s a short drive into Kona if you’d rather eat out. Owner was responsive to questions. Overall a great place to stay!

What a gorgeous place with magnificent ocean views.The beds were wonderful, beautiful artwork, and comfortable furniture. Since we are older, the elevator was a pleasant experience. #### Great Location for Kona and the ocean
We were in Kona for the Ironman (October) and chose this location and apartment as it catered for our needs of double bed and two singles (party of four). The location was ideal for training and getting into Kona for shops, food and relaxing. It's a 5min drive into Kona town or a 40 minute direct walk down Ali'i Drive. Highlight has to be the ocean views, waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breakfast on the balcony watching the early morning surfers & dolphins swimming by. In the evening the sunsets were truly breathtaking from the balcony. The apartment itself was clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stay in Kona, from snorkels to well stocked kitchen cupboards. Everything was provided for. Dana fully informed us of all aspects of the apartment & facilities (inc pool & hot tub). As we had a hire car, the apartment allocated parking spot was an added benefit. The complex as a whole was kept very clean and we regularly saw the attendant servicing the pool and outdoor communal areas. Nearby there is a fresh fruit market, places to eat and public beaches, all within a 5 minute walk. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is very nearby too. Thank you to Dana for making us feel welcome and we truly enjoyed a magical stay.

#### Big Island Vacation
This property was great. It was just as described and shown in the photos. My wife and I stayed here on our first trip to Hawaii (Big Island). The property was right on the water where we had spectacular views to include daily surfers, crashing waves, and beautiful sunsets. We had all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable. This was definitely a great "home base" as we explored the Big Island during our 10-day trip. The communication with the owner was flawless. We received all the information we needed concerning the property in a timely manner and had no need to contact her with any concerns during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip/stay in the Kona area.

This location is literally right on the water. The pictures don't do enough. If you want to open up the door and hear the ocean this is the place. The property manager is super amazing and communicative. Before checking in she sends your correspondence on check in process and notes to ensure you stay will be a good one. The cleanlyness of the place was A++. When we walked in it was spotless. Amenities are great, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and small cooler for beach fun. We enjoyed family time in the large living room space and watched movies on the smart tv. Internet is super easy and fast. If we returned to the Island of Hawaii I would totally rebook this location. A++++ 5\*\*\*\*\* rating!

#### Amazing location, amazing view.
I vacation here with my teenagers and adult daughter. We had two bedrooms two bath and a fully equipped kitchen. We had plenty of private space, and room for our luggage. The apartment was equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We had boogie boards, snorkeling, gear towels for beach. We had full kitchen with everything you need in it. Airport Drive is around 30 minutes not bad, and all major attractions are an easy reach. The condo Building was pristinly maintained, we had a pool, nice and clean a Jacuzzi, that my teenagers love to use, and it was really nice and clean. We felt very safe, we had a combination that let us go up to the condo with the elevator. It was quiet and the sound of the waves, how does go to sleep. I love staying out on the balcony to drink my coffee in the morning. The only minor inconvenience was the narrow space in the parking, it is inconvenience. If you have a large car like I did so I strongly recommend to rent a smaller vehicle. Parking is always difficult in Hawaii everywhere you go. But I cannot tell you how happy I was that I rented the space.

We had a great week in Kona at this property. Great communication/instructions on check in process. Condo is close to everything & has covered parking. Beautiful views out all the windows. Our favorite pastime became watching the surfers/boogey boarders. Gorgeous sunsets! Everything in the kitchen you could ever need. Having a washer/dryer was also great. Thanks Dana-we will definitely stay again if we get back to Kona.

#### Living on a cruise ship!!
I remember being on a cruise ship and looking out the port window and only seeing ocean. Well that's what you get staying hear. Back wall is predominately all glass. The views were spectacular and cannot be any closer to the ocean. Condo unit was clean and is actually a 2 BR unit. Pool and Hot tub where well maintained. Host was awesome to work with and extremely attentive to my needs. I can't wait to return and rent again. Mahalo Brian C
