Perfect for our group (parents, kids, grandparents). Backyard feels like a tropical reserve park, the pool was wonderful, outdoor furniture and indoor dining table have been updated (and upgraded) since the pictures were taken and that was a lovely surprise. The kitchen is well stocked. Not only did it smell incredibly clean, it actually was. The kitchen was well equipped. The yard/pool/patio area was even better than the listing photos. It is only a short drive to Kona and there is a small footpath that connects the gated area with Ali'i drive. We really enjoyed our stay and can recommand the house if you are travelling with a bigger group. It is even better than the photos. The floor plan is perfect for a family/group stay, allowing for excellent gathering spaces and privacy when needed. A lot of our time was spent in the pool and on the lanai which are beautifully maintained and comfortable. We felt comfortable and safe to allow teenage grandson to walk around the neighborhood.
