Two parking spaces are right in front of the condo. There are 5 beds including a Cal-King bed in Master Suite with a build-in 32' HDTV/DVD, and two twin beds for each guest bedroom. The photos definitely undersold this place! Interior is slightly dated but functional. Kitchen is well equipped (except for sharp knives, which we fixed!). The location is central and not far from downtown Kona by car and the rest of the island. It’s a 10min walk to the ocean or so (great for sunsets), and while we had up to 6 adults staying overnight at one point, we were all snug yet comfortable. The housing complex is well maintained and taken care of. Yes, there are many house rules, but they are not difficult to adhere to. Neighbors are all very nice and property manager was very responsive too. I would recommend and stay here again for sure. ##### Olga D. It is centrally located and all recreational and shopping facilities are within a short drive. As we do not frequent too many beach sites, we were not concerned with then need to drive to a beach.
